I am so happy my dentists office recommended this location to have extractions done. I was originally planning to visit a couple of locations before making a final decision and after my consultation I knew I wanted my procedure done here. Everyone in the office made me feel extremely comfortable and answered any questions/concerns I had. Mel (front desk) did a great job handling my insurance and comparing some options I had. Alexis (surgical assistant) was very down to earth and very knowledgeable about the procedure. Dr. PIerce was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions and had even called later in the evening to make sure I was doing ok after my procedure. You dont get that kind of care with a franchised office. The office had even sent a handwritten get well card. Since my procedure Dr. Ali is now the owner. I met him during my post op appointment and he was very kind, I look forward to my next appointment with him. I cannot recommend this location enough. They give you 100% of their attention and care. Kate was amazing, she explained things well and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Dr Akber Ali is amazing! He fit us into his busy schedule after my son was involved in an accident and helped coordinate all his care with the dentist/ortho to ensure everything was clearly communicated and he gets the care he needs. We were really impressed with Dr Ali’s style - he explains things in simple terms that we could understand and provided clear guidelines / expectations. We are so glad we found him!
