Jacqueline D. – Office Manager
When she’s not keeping the day organized, patients calm, and chaos from staging a full takeover, you’ll find her yelling lovingly at the Dallas Cowboys or hosting unforgettable gatherings for family and friends. Weekends are best spent either chasing the perfect golf swing or living out her cowgirl dreams on horseback.
With the perfect blend of professionalism, hospitality, and just the right dose of mischief, she brings heart, humor, and high energy to everything she does.
Alexis P. – Lead Surgical Assistant
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Alexis brings a warm and welcoming presence to our practice. When she’s not working, you’ll often find her immersed in PC gaming, discovering latest BookTok recommendations, or binge-watching her favorite shows like Law & Order: SVU, Love Is Blind, and Vampire Diaries.
She also loves trying new restaurants and never turns down a good brunch spot. At home, Alexis is kept on her toes by her energetic husky, Malachi.
Fun fact: Although Alexis has 2 younger siblings, she is convinced she is the only child!

Cate H. – Surgical Assistant
Cate has worked in the oral surgery field for 15 years. She recently relocated to Arizona from California with her identical twin sister—so if you think you’re seeing double, you probably are.
Outside of work, she’s usually at a live show or exploring new restaurants. A true foodie, Cate will try almost anything twice!

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends creating memories. She’s always looking forward to her next weekend adventure, whether it’s exploring a local market or discovering a hidden gem in the city.
Mel brings the same warmth and enthusiasm to her work that she brings to every part of her life.
