Dr. Akber Ali is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with dual degrees in medicine and dentistry. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, before completing a Master’s in Biomedical Sciences and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) at Midwestern University in Arizona.
Dr. Ali then pursued advanced surgical training through a highly regarded oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University at Buffalo. During his residency, he received extensive training in head and neck pathology, orthognathic surgery, facial trauma, craniofacial reconstruction, and dentoalveolar procedures.
He also completed a one-year general surgery internship at Buffalo General Hospital and earned his Doctor ofMedicine (MD) from the University at Buffalo. Dr. Ali holds both medical and dental licenses.

Outside of his professional life, Dr. Ali and his wife, Tiffany, are avid Buffalo Bills fans and passionate animal lovers. They currently share their home with five cats and two dogs.
