I recently had two wisdom teeth removed at Precision Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (POMS), and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. Dr. Joseph Pierse and his entire team were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and reassured by their professionalism and warmth. Dr. Pierse’s expertise and gentle approach made the procedure much easier than I anticipated. The staff was attentive, kind, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Last week I had a procedure at POMS, and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Dr. Pierse and his staff are among some of the finest and caring individuals. From the moment I walked into the office they made me comfortable and took the best care of me. Every detail from the pre-surgery to the aftercare was top notch. They made sure I was completely at ease during my procedure, and they checked in on me after to make sure things were going well. I wish I could give them 20 stars, because they deserve it! Everyone from the front desk, front office, back office and of course the physician were all amazing. My dad had an experience with ONJ unfortunately and Dr. Pierse knew exactly had to treat and mange it. We had multiple visits and during every visit the entire staff was welcoming, professional, kind, and knowledgeable. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and their well being from beginning of treatment to the end. Thank you POMS staff for all you do!

Love everything about this place. The staff are all kind and amazing. The Dr is fantastic. Treated very well & the follow ups after surgery showed genuine concern for me & my recovery. Highly recommend if you ever need an oral surgeon!

They stopped my daughter's surgery in the middle because she started coughing and accused her of being a smoker. She never smoked a day in her life. They also require some specialty elective procedures which are not covered by insurance that cost an additional $600+. Stay away. Dr has poor bedside manner and they don't care about anything but the money.
